Bottega Louie

Ahhhhh, How I love living a few blocks down from Bottega Louie (Literally feeling blessed). I mentioned a few months ago that I wanted to start incorporating more Los Angeles themed posts, sharing my favorite eateries and spots around L.A. I figured my first post should be dedicated to my pride and joy, Bottega Louie. I can still clearly remember my first day in, it was easter of 2013 and I decided to substitute macaroons for easter eggs (seemed appropriate at the time). The packaging is the best part about BL. Sturdy board boxes with gold foiled calligraphy and occasional themed prints all tied up with a satin ribbon.

We also can’t forget about their actual food. I personally love the selection that Bottega offers however it is a bit on the pricier side for a college student like myself. Sometimes a splurge is necessary. This trip I decided to get the meatball sliders and they were INCREDIBLE (claps between syllables). If Bottega Louie is not on your Los Angeles bucket list, you should probably rethink that list… stat!

Macaroons over Easter Eggs any damn day!
Why do I live like 6k miles (idk the actual distance) away in Ohio. 🙁

Really good photos Drew, as always.
