Elephant Seals on the Coast

IMG_9840IMG_9779imageIMG_9780birdIMG_9825Hey There! I hope you all had a great Christmas. We all know that I did, via Instagram… The day after Christmas we actually went down to visit my Grandmother in Cambria California. As a child I lived in San Luis Obispo for a while and then Nipomo. Visiting the Elephant seals is a yearly tradition that was not about to be broken this year. I actually made my dad stop by this bakery on the way so I could take an Instagram photo and purchase a fruit tart. We split the fruit tart on the edge of awesomeness (AKA the gates you’re not allowed to trespass). I really debated going and sitting next to a seal. I’m not sure why I didn’t?

What is a name we can use for their squishy selves? “Blubuishy”, I think yes!
