Taking it all in…

I have come to realize that where I am in life is perfect. I have always strived to be somebody better than myself. Mainly when it came to the field of blogging and your place in the world. I have wanted to be the best of the best and I still do, but that will take time. I live in my own imaginary world where I believe things should happen overnight. I have come to learn that this is not the case. Hard work, dedication and quality are a few traits you are honored for. All of these traits added into one and shared with the world are what makes the person a success story.

I am currently 18 years old and living in downtown Los Angeles. Not many people get to be doing what I am doing. Currently : Going to school for Product Development at a top leading fashion school of the US, Interning for two of the most amazing people I have met and atop all of this, trying to create a site where people want to come to each and every day to feel inspired and ready to take on life. I love reading comments knowing that the content I put out on the internet actually helps people. But, I always wanted more than this. I wanted more comments and wandered why I couldn’t achieve a following like another blog I decided to read that day.

This all takes time. I am constantly reminding myself that I am only 18 years old. It is time to take it all in and realize that I am doing what I love and I could not be happier. I will continue to update my blog multiple times a week and continue to smile as I read the responses some of you leave.

I love that I have my own outlet to share what I want to have shared. Imdrewscott is that outlet.

I have 6 grandchildren and I am very proud of all of them – I often “brag” about you to my grandchildren/anyone as though you were one of my grandchildren. :):) You have accomplished so much at such a young age – you are already a success story!
