2013 was by far one of my best years to date. I have never done a post like this but I want to go back and recap on the high points throughout this year. As I write this I am overflowing with everything that has happened this year. Taking time to look back shall be enticing. Keep in mind that some of these are Instagram photos. Lets get started…
^ Launched my online shop which was later closed as my Etsy shop demand overthrew the online shop. I cannot say this is a bad thing (haha).
^ My senior photos were taken in Santa Monica with the delightful Wendy Carr. I love them!
^ I got my first internship at my absolute favorite showroom. I am in love with my “job” at the showroom and I am glad to consider the owners my good friends. They have made interning for Seamless Showroom one of my favorite experiences to date.
^ I also started my very own Stamp Club! Take a look here.
^ I moved into my new apartment which is the dream that any young designer has in mind. Cement walls, 14 foot ceilings and an incredible view of downtown all alongside the ambiance of the city. Perfection.
^ I started to knit a scarf. However in the past two months I have only accomplished a few rows.
Yes, 2013 was pretty perfect. I do not have any idea what 2014 has in store but as the months go on those experiences will be documented right here on Scrappyhappiness.com. Next year when this time comes around, I will do another one of these posts and then again the year after that. What was your favorite memory from 2013? Happy New Year!
